Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique which can occur after setting mutual intentions for healing and being open. It consists of gentle touch that helps direct healing where needed, as needed. Reiki is relaxing, and it can - but doesn’t always - include some mild sensations.

Kathie practices Karuna and Holy Fire® III Reiki as a Master Practitioner. She also offers instruction in learning Reiki to those interested. Individual services are usually about one hour, but can
be tailored to the customer. Clients lay comfortably on a massage table while focusing on self-healing and being surrounded by pleasant sounds & smells.

Kathie offers values-based, open-to-all, mini-retreats. Kathie's healing retreats are geared to help you connect with your spirit on a new level. With the dark specters out in full force, with fear-generating news, and a paralyzing polarization lurking around every conversation, her retreats offer gentle conversations focused on positive qualities we all agree upon. Two and three hour mini-retreats give folks a chance to take a little time to “just be,” and to “quiet the soul.”
