Awesome session today! I definitely felt some powerful energy . Definitely liked the order of breath work, reiki, then future self meeting ...

My message with meeting my future self was super powerful feelings. The tears were rolling down my face initially, and then to let go, trust, and just do what I do. Trying to put this as politely as possible… my body had a pretty strong need to release the crap that I’ve been holding onto. Which was pretty awesome because I do know that energy healing can absolutely trigger physical reactions.
