For your reading, Jenn will get into a meditative state. For the best experience, it is suggested you also get into a similar state at the same time. Focus on being relaxed, but alert enough to listen. If doing that isn't easy or familiar to you, just try to focus on relaxing your body and thoughts while you listen to Jenn. Jenn will talk you through each step and you'll be gently pulled out of your relaxed state as she completes the reading.
What kind of information will you get?
Most of the time the information is something that you will resonate with and it will help to make sense of things in a way unlike any other. There are times, however, when new information comes in that may not seem familiar. If Jenn is conveying the info, and it seems strange, carefully listen to what words she uses and try to tap into the feelings you experience when she's talking. You may have emotional responses to the information. Notice your emotions, but try to stay alert to what she's saying. If you don't have an emotional response, that's completely fine too. As you assimilate the new information try to feel your way through tit and keep yourself open to healing.
