An energy clearing session begins with a short conversation about an issue for which you are looking for relief. This can be a physical issue, an emotional issue, a concern or goal. Your practitioner will get into a meditative state and connect to your higher self and begin the process. You'll want to be seated or lying down in a comfortable position where you can hear and respond to the practitioner easily.
Your practitioner will let you know what's happening and give you information that keeps you aware of the process. If you wish to know more about any of the emotions that are found, the practitioner will be happy to provide additional information, such as when the emotion was trapped, what event or experience might have caused the emotion, and what effects it might be having on the body.

What kind of information will you get?
Most of the time the information is something that you will resonate with and it will help to make sense of things in a way unlike any other. Memories long forgotten are commonly remembered in these sessions. There are times, however, when new information comes in that may not seem familiar. As your practitioner speaks, carefully listen to what words are chosen and try to tap into the feelings you experience. Having emotional responses to the information is normal, but doesn't always happen.
