As a participant, you will gain the tools, knowledge, and support needed to integrate these principles into your daily life. The program's structured environment ensures you have the time and guidance to develop these practices sustainably. You will have sufficient time and space to embrace change while avoiding the risk of slipping back into old patterns. When unconscious habits resurface, the program provides gentle guidance to help you refocus and stay on track.

All content is delivered online through a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions, with replays available for flexibility. You'll have access to written and spoken materials, guided exercises, self-paced learning opportunities, and a vibrant community of fellow participants. Most live deliveries will occur on Mondays and Thursdays with a few alternative times for pre-planned activities. We will follow a 2-months on, 2-weeks off schedule throughout the year, done intentionally to encourage you to value rest, rejuvenation and receptivity on your own. Specifically, you will receive:

• 24 Spirit-Guided Activations

Purpose Led Healer's Upgrade
