USUI/HOLY FIRE® III Reiki LEvel 1 & 2

Course Description 

Online & in-person training for Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki III Levels I & II, lead by Blaire Stanislao, Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master.  Training sessions may occur in consecutive days or be broken up into two different times, check the schedule listed above. You can attend one or both trainings. There is no prerequisite for Level 1. If you are a new student and choose to only do Level 2, please provide a copy of your Level 1 certificate from your previous  instructor. 


The complete course (levels 1 & 2) will include both placements (attunements) for the following: 

  • The standard Reiki session hand positions
  • Giving a complete Reiki session for self and others
  • Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including: 
  • Gassho meditation
  • Reiji-ho - developing your intuition
  • Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed
  • Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes
  • Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one's energy field
  • Hayashi Healing Guide
  • Using Reiki for specific conditions
  • The Reiki II symbols, how to use them including practice time
  • Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits
  • Distant healing
  • 190-page class manual*
  • Class certificate


The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self-treatment, practice using all the level II symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.


While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that you will set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. Please commit to this additional time which should be one evening a week for several weeks, or its equivalent, to practice Reiki with one or more people from your Reiki class or with members of your family or friends. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.

Course description

After six (6) months of practicing with Holy Fire® III as a Level 2, you're eligible to take the next step in your Reiki journey with Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Training. Karuna Reiki Master, Blaire Stanislao leads this immersive three-day training is designed for experienced Reiki practitioners who are ready to deepen their connection with Reiki, expand their personal practice, and learn to share the Usui/Holy Fire® III system with others.


Through a combination of teaching, discussion, meditation, hands-on practice, and powerful experiential work, you will experience Holy Fire® III Ignitions and a Master Practitioner Placement, Learn the Usui Master and Holy Fire® symbols, and explore the spiritual foundation and practice of Reiki at the Master level.

KARUNA REIKI® III MASTER

Course description

Karuna Reiki® Master is an opportunity to deepen the work you have already begun with Holy Fire® Reiki—moving into a more advanced, experiential practice centered on compassion, spiritual growth, and expanded ways of working with Reiki energy.


Karuna Reiki® moves beyond the foundational Reiki techniques and symbols you learned in Levels I & II and the Usui/Holy Fire® Master training. Students will work with the Karuna® symbols at an advanced level, including their use through hands-on practice, chanting and toning, and deeper experiential work.


You will also explore Healing Spirit Attachments, additional Holy Fire® practices, and the role of the Reiki Master in creating a clear, supportive space for the energy to work directly with each student.


Training includes:

  • Advanced Holy Fire® and Karuna® symbols
  • Hands-on practice with the Karuna® symbols
  • Chanting and toning
  • Healing Spirit Attachments

Reiki Coursework FAQ

Level 1 Reiki students need no prior education or experience. 


Level 2 Reiki students must have completed Level 1 training. 


Level 3/Master Reiki students must have completed levels 1 & 2, and practiced their Reiki for 6 months. 


Karuna Reiki students must have been a Reiki Master for 1 year before taking the Karuna Reiki training. 

Refunds can be requested up to 1-week prior to the scheduled event, minus the non-refundable deposit. The non-refundable deposit for each course is a minimum of $150. If you have to cancel your participation in a scheduled training, you can use the deposit for another course at a different time for up to 2 years after the purchase date.

Registration and payments must be completed a week prior to your scheduled course so that I can prepare accordingly. 

  • Schedule time for yourself and treat that commitment as sacred. Do this regrularly, but especially for the training. The more devoted you are to this, the better results you will have. Its important to note, nearly everyone struggles with this, but its very important. Remember to celebrate the little changes you make toward committing to your overall wellness this way. 
  • Plan for your nutritional needs during the course. Sometimes we plan the meals for the in-person trainings, but for online trainings or if you have special dietary needs then get a concrete plan for what you want to eat prior to the training. 
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Eliminate distractions - as much as you can
  • Move when we take breaks - sitting is hard on the body when you do it for long periods. When we take a break get up and move a little - however it suits you. Get the blood flowing, stretch, move, get some fresh air if possible. A brain break is literally a brain boost. If you take the time to move when we have time, it will make your whole experience better. 
  • Connect with your classmates/other reiki pracitioners. Immeasurable benefits come from conversing about your experiences. Don't hesitate to reach out to other reiki practitioners, but especially those who you take the course with - they will be some of your best lifelong supporters. 

Yes! Quite often Reiki practitioners or those who simply love the experience of the coursework benefit greatly by joining for additional times. I have retaken several courses myself. If you have already taken the course the fee is $150 to join Level 1 & 2 or $200 to join Level 3.
