You've arrived at this page because you're interested in payment options for packaged services through The Happy Lyon Center. Payment options are available for some service packages, but not all.  All installment package payments are subject to the following rules and expectations:

• There is a $15 contract creation fee included in the payment plan price. If you change your mind and decide not to make the purchase or follow through with all of the payment terms, then this $15 fee is non-refundable.
• This is not a subscription. By making the first payment on your invoice is your agreement to pay the full price for the service package according to the terms on the invoice and to all statements on this page. 
• Refunds are allowed if the first payment has been made, but no services have yet been rendered, minus processing fees. All refund decisions are at the discretion of Happy Lyon Center and are final.
• Package installment pricing varies slightly from pay-in-full options and is separate from the contract creation fee.
• Payments for all coursework must be completed 1 week before the course begins.
• Although the total price for the package is valid for 30 days after received by the client, all payments must be completed one week prior to the commencement of the course/event/session(s) package. Upon acceptance (first payment), pricing for the services listed will not change.
• Automatic payment set-up is required for any payment plan, and must remain in place until full payment is received.
• Complete payments are due at the intervals assigned, regardless of where in the delivery process you are. Depending on your service package this may mean that you will pay off the entire purchase before or after the completion of your services.
• Incomplete or late payments will incur late charges of $10/day added to the total amount due.
• We reserve the right to cancel payment installment options and receive full payment if payments are late.
• Cancellations for service appointments later than 48 hours in advance and no-shows to appointments shall be considered your choice to forfeit receiving the scheduled service. The proportional amount from your package will be deducted and payment for such services is non-refundable. Practitioners may elect to reschedule appointments for cancellations and no-shows at their discretion.
