Links and location information to attend live sessions are sent directly to subscribing email addresses for active members only. We communicate via Voxer about any last minute or minor changes to the live sessions.

Some meetings are recorded and are available for replay. Recorded meetings, interviews, discussions and any other video resources used for this group will be located on our Happy Lyon Center Vimeo  and sometimes shared in our Voxer group chat with discussion prompts/opportunities.

Most recorded Live Sessions are made accessible only to official Elevate, Me. Now! Group members through links for access are sent only to the registered email address for the subscribing account only.
