You Deserve a Break!
"Believe you have a God-given right to Dolce-Vita! You deserve it!
Venice, Day 4 for Natalia Volenberg reminds her its ok to sit down and rest - without the guilt.

Saying "Si!" to myself and to life.
The retrograde season is upon us. For me, it's a meow-purrrrrrrfect time to stop, revise and allow myself a deep dive into my inner landscape through journaling and simply slowing down and allowing life to happen.
I have to say that it's not that easy for me to just rest and it has been a part of my childhood conditioning to feel guilty when doing nothing.
I started music school at the age of 4 - piano and violin (yes! Both at the same time!)
The mantra of those years ( from 4 to 14) was: "If you are not practicing - you are wasting your time." So this is deeply ingrained in my psyche - a deep crease in granite. I have been working on this pattern with breathwork and other modalities, but some of it is still there. It's like I have to get an 'official' permission from my mom to sit down and rest.
I have been full-on and non-stop since April when I completed my Clarity Breathwork Practitioner Training Level 4.
Immediately I went to Sweden for Vipassana. As soon as I came out, I started exchanging sessions with practitioners from the breathwork community trying to learn as much as I could and practice, practice, practice.
I was lucky to trade sessions and energy/experience with 6 amazing Clarity Breathwork practitioners from my training, thus giving and receiving at least 40 sessions in total! (Integration time is NOW!)
On top of that, I continuously participated in Breath the World and other workshops organized by Alchemy of Breath. I also have been taking a course on Human Design and a creativity course called Alchemy + Essence. And completed the Client Attraction Code Course hosted by the Shift Network and taught by Sharla Jacobs.
I feel I deserve a break:)
Italy and Italians are such good teacher in this regard. They give themselves permission to take their time and just enjoy. They sit down to take an aperitivo (Spritz or a glass of prosecco around 4 o'clock). They start their mornings with beautiful pastries and the most flavourful coffee in the world. Mature women wear red lipstick with no reservations and cruise around on cute little Vespas in designer sunglasses.
And Italians simply believe that they have a God-given right to Dolce Vita - to going slow and enjoying life!
Give yourself a break! Slow down! You deserve it:)
